You join once and tell us what fits your brand — products, audience, geography and interests. We curate relevant nonprofit, community and placement opportunities and email you the ones worth considering. You say yes to what fits, and we coordinate from there.

Do I choose where my product goes?

Always. We curate opportunities; you decide which ones to take. The receiving organization or host also reviews and approves the match, so nothing moves until both sides opt in.

Does GoodGive automatically place or send products?

No. Nothing is sent or confirmed without your approval. We never ship, commit or place product on your behalf before you've said yes to a specific opportunity.

Can I donate excess inventory?

Yes. Overstock, seasonal product, discontinued SKUs and samples are often a strong fit, as long as the product is safe, usable and in good condition. Tell us what you have and we'll look for opportunities where it's genuinely needed.

What kinds of products are a good fit?

Consumer products people can actually use — beverages, snacks, personal care, wellness, apparel, home goods and similar categories. Products in date, unopened and ready to distribute work best.

Do brands have to pay to give products?

Accepted Answer

Give is free for founding partners during the pilot — no platform or placement fee. Brands provide the product; we coordinate the rest. Paid placements (Place) and custom campaigns are priced separately.

Eligible donations to qualifying nonprofit organizations may be tax-deductible depending on the donation, recipient organization, and the brand's tax situation. Nonprofits, schools, fiscally sponsored projects and mission-driven community organizations are all welcome. If you serve a community and could use product, space or support, you can tell us what you need.

Do we have to be a 501(c)(3)?

Accepted Answer

Not to join. Some brand donation opportunities do require verified nonprofit status, so we may ask for details like legal name or EIN later. There's no paperwork required at signup.

Can we choose which products we accept?

Yes. You review every proposed match and decide whether it's right for your community. Nothing arrives that you haven't approved.
